Why should we pay for something that may not work?

None of us like to “take a chance” when dealing with someone new so we have decided to offer the following guarantees:

 

1) We're Never Late
1) We’re NEVER late! – and if we are then you get a pound back for every minute that we’re late… 30 minutes = £30 – – 1 hour = £60
2) If we can’t fix it, you don’t get a bill!
If we can’t fix it, you don’t get a bill! – even if we spend all day trying to resolve your IT issue, if we’re unable to fix it, you pay NOTHING*
3) We reply to voicemails promptly
We reply to voicemails promptly – If you leave a voicemail message and we don’t get back to you, you will get an hour of our time for FREE
4) If we say it’s fixed and the problem comes back
If we say it’s fixed and the problem comes back – we will come back and fix it again for free or give you a FULL refund
5) If you’re unhappy
If you’re unhappy with your monthly IT Support contract and you want to stop for whatever reason, just tell us and your fee will stop IMMEDIATELY
6) If you find a better deal
If you find a better deal, we’ll beat it as long as you provide us with a written quotation showing exactly the same services as we included.
7) Every Server gets 1 month free
Every server that we install gets 1 month PLATINUM IT SUPPORT, so any teething problems whatsoever as a result of the install will be priority & resolved FREE OF CHARGE
8) No charging you more
No charging you more because we under-estimated, if we quote you for a project and it takes us twice as long as we thought, you don’t pay a penny more
9) Your own Guarantee
If we haven’t already covered it, tell us whatever other guarantee you would like us to put in place just for you 

*Certain services are not covered – for example data recovery where we can’t guarantee the result
